'Blood Crushers The Band - Raise Up Your Bat' is actually a modified version of a MIDI file seemingly downloaded from westnet.com; ("gs_jbl2.mid: Jingle Bells (Country Feel)" under 'Others').

Notably, the percussion is different, but the arrangement is definitely the same - it's possible Toby actually got the file from somewhere else, or modified it himself.

Meanwhile 'Cat Petterz 2 OST (Corrupted) - No Cats' appears to be a 'corrupted' version of Jingle Bells (Country Feel), but without painstakingly un-corrupting the entire song, I can't be 100% sure of that.
